Couch Wisdom with Dingo

Hey.....its Dingo.

How are you all doing?

Okay now that we have that aside, sit down and lets roast one for awhile.

As you may know, my name is Dingo.
I lead a pretty happy and content life in the town of Normal, IL.
I am a college student at Illinois State University. I am attempting to walk away with an acting degree and a degree in theatre management as my backup.
Are you ready for Lesson 1?

LESSON 1:
Tonight is a beautiful night. If you want to experience something, take a look outside the closest window. Just sit there for a minute or two. Don't try to do anything, just sit. Watch the world. Take in everything you can see and just sit. Don't think. Don't look for something that you think will have some vast metaphorical signifigance. Just sit...........


All I have to say is, (after a long pause, I exhale)"Nice"

That is your lesson for this evening. Remember to take some time for yourself. Just sit and relax. The world is screwed up enough without you worrying about things 24/7.

Take another puff, and close the door when you leave.
